Refund policy

After receiving the products you have the right to return them according to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. Please note that according to this directive Buyers can not return custom-made goods. According to the directive, Buyer has 7 days to use withdrawal rights after he/she has received the products. 

The return address is Una Mikuda, Vairoga iela 44-1, Riga, Latvia, LV-1039. As soon as we will receive the returned products we will refund the value of the products (excluding the delivery cost) by the method chosen when placing the order. 

The Buyer pays for the return shipping. 

If the products have been used or are damaged The Seller has the right to refuse the refund.
